Performance Management Staff

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate manufacturing sales code for the entire branch employees
- Administer the necessary completeness of the Performance Management process
- Prepare the realization of performance, both in terms of business and support units
Requirements:
- Male or Female,
- max 26 years
- Have the educational background of at least S1 majoring in Economics, Computer Science or Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 2.75
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the field of Performance Management
- Mastering Microsoft Excel
- Being able to work together in teams
- Having a good administrative skills
- Have the ability to communicate as well as good interpersonal skills
