Senior Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

Responsibilities:
- ANZ Signature Priority Banking provides a personalized banking relationship to help affluent customers meet their personal and family-related financial goals. At ANZ Signature Priority Banking, our aim is to provide convenient, uncomplicated products and services to meet the individual needs of our customers, providing a seamless service across many markets.
- Representing ANZ in dealing with priority customers, this role will be responsible for understanding customer needs, actively educating and selling Investment, Insurance, and Treasury products to potential customers. The individual will be responsible for achieving stretch sales targets aimed at increasing funds under management, revenue, customer numbers and cross-sell along with high degrees of customer satisfaction and retention. You will also provide excellent customer service ensuring customer needs are identified and met along with contributing to the achievement of branch targets for sales and referral activity.
- Hold a minimum of Bachelor degree from a reputable University.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Priority Banking Relationship manager and proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge in wealth management products is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Holding WAPERD & AAJI certification is another key requirement.
