Citiphone Officer

Responsibilities:
- Building customer relationship through identifying customer needs and effective cross-sell process
- Demonstrate superior service delivery, individually as well as a team
- Provide feedback on problem incidence/service issues to Citiphone Supervisor
- Accountable for meeting of service and productivity indicators by working in a team to ensure achievement of the service targets and standard
- Accountable for accuracy & timeliness in processing customer’s instruction
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Max. 35 years old
- Good communication, analytical, problem solving & decision making skills
- Proficient using English and Indonesian. both oral and written
- Demonstrate initiative to learn and update themself
- Display an emotional maturity
- Demonstrate a positive attitude
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Good knowledge in both Banking & Cards would be an advantage
