Accounting Officer ( 07/PHECBM )
Responsibilities : :
- Directing and coordinating the financing and payment of debt
- Ensuring documents relating to the activities recorded in the accounting & bookkeeping mutually agree completely
- Ascertain and calculate tax liabilities
- Prepare monthly tax reports to be reported to the KPP
- Analyzing and keep records of third-party costs and workers into the applicable accounting system (SAP)
- Ensuring that every record in the books of the material can be expressed
- Verify and cross check funds
- To check the validity of general invoice
