Requirements:
- At least Diploma (D3) or scholars from a variety of backgrounds
- Age 20-30 years
- Have a high interest in the field of sales and good communication skill
- Have the motivation and commitment to success
- Love the challenge and ambitious to achieve target
- Minimum 1 year as Tele Sales Representative in the life insurance business
- Never lead a sales team (sales team), especially in the life insurance industry
