Mining - Management System Coordinator
Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the mining process system, and technology and recommend changes in policy, guidelines, or procedure that will improve the quality of the organisation’s finished products.
  • Monitor, maintain, and register all document index in Mining Management System.
  • Monitors day-to-day Mining management system operation and does a periodically reviews of the Mining Management System.
  • Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested.
  • Develops and provides a periodically reviews, updates, revises policies & procedures for the Mining operation and its related activities.
Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Mining.
  • Recent exposure to Management System activity would be regarded as a plus but the right candidate will be able to learn on the job.
  • Prior experience on involved in the corporate processes function such as change management process, procurement process, engineering and construction process, funding approval process, software testing, system security, service level agreements, corporate shared services.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with top leadership and meticulous with excellent writing skill and good communication skill.
  • Possess high integrity and a strong commitment to achieving industry best practices and possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that strives to exceed expectations.
  • Able to use/familiar with the following document management tools: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft FrontPages, Notepad, Adobe Acrobat Reader/Writer, Intranet/Internet environment, IGrafx Flowcharter.
  • Understanding about ISO 9001 will be advantages.
