HR Generalist

General Responsibilities: 

  • Support to coordinate & manage the schedule of new employee Orientation
  • Organize HR administration process such employee data base & update report, create daily attendance, overtime report, annual leave and monthly salary recap.
  • Prepare the employee’s training payment, internal or external training
  • Assist HR administration letter between employee and Management or just the opposite

General Requirements:

  • Max. 28 years old;
  • Bachelor degree in any major Diploma Degree
  • A confident and positive attitude
  • Good Communication Skills and able to work as a team;
  • Good in managing work and administrative skills
  • Proficient in English both oral & written.
  • Computer Literate (word & excel)
