Rekrutmen CPNS 2013 Melalui 5 jalur Penerimaan

Tahun 2013 ini, pemerintah melakukan rekrutmen CPNS melalui 5 jalur. Yakni jalur pelamar umum, honorer kategori 2, formasi khusus untuk dokter, seleksi untuk tenaga ahli tertentu yang tidak ada di lingkungan PNS, dan seleksi calon siswa ikatan dinas.

Untuk pelamar umum dan tenaga honorer kategori 2 (TH2), dilakukan seleksi melalui tes kompetensi dasar (TKD) dan tes kompetensi bidang (TKB). Pelaksanaan tes untuk TH2, dengan sistem lembar jawaban komputer (LJK), sedangkan bagi pelamar umum dengan sistem kombinasi, LJK dan computer assited test (CAT). Materi resmi ujian seleksi cpns 2013, akan berbeda dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya yang mulai diberlakukan sejak tahun 2012 (masa peralihan).

Materi Resmi Soal Ujian Seleksi CPNS 2013, adalah: 
1) Tes Kompetensi Dasar (TKD) yang terdiri dari: 
a) Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK); 
b) Tes Intelegensi Umum (TIU); 
c) Tes Karakteristik Pribadi (TKP).

2) Tes Kompetensi Bidang (TKB) untuk formasi tertentu.

Adapun sistem penilaian menggunakan sistem Passing Grade.
