Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and help schedule appointments.
  • Ability to answer process questions, such as refresh date, how to submit requests, how to order new services, and how to use Outlook, Webmail, VPN, etc.
  • Know contacts for all areas, such as cell phone coordinators, escalation points, etc.
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and enthusiasm is achieved.
  • Coordinate customer flow in room while managing off-times, such as lunches, vacation, and sick days.
  • Ensure room supplies are adequate and stocked, such as peripheral equipment (batteries, mice, LAN cables, cable locks), adapter, etc.
  • Manage all escalations and follow-up to their conclusions (Example: Unknown service type research).
  • Provide direction when technicians hit roadblocks on next steps for specific cases. Close loop with new solutions to central leadership team.
  • Seek process improvement opportunities and implement them for success of the rooms, such as the scheduling tool and room workflow.
  • Participate in monthly Overview meeting with IT team and other IT Service Center Live team for process improvements, roadblock resolution, and general concerns and questions
Requirements:
  • Have good communication skills, customer focus, and ability to multi-task.
  • Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in IT
  • have knowledge of the client and PC Support
  • have knowledge of IT support needs
  • have knowledge of the IT infrastructure area
  • have knowledge of Safety Standards and regulatory compliance requirementsExposure to General IT Office Application
  • Min. 2 years experience supporting users; PCs; IT Process and Administration
  • Experience working on small projects
  • Able to support planned and unplanned tasks on an ad-hoc basis
  • Good communicate skills in both oral and written English
