Human Resources information System Manager

Qualification :
  • The Human Resources Information Systems Manager shall :
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS from an accredited college or uiversity.
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in Human Resources./Personnel.
  • Knowledge of payroll, health benefits, pension, and position control procedures.
  • Have the ability to operate SAP-HR Systems
  • Have knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures regarding salary & wages (remuneration), labor law.
  • Have knowledge of MIS & IT programming & Network system
Responsibilities :

  • Building an integrated HR information system in networking.
  • Maintain HR database is complete and updated (employee database, performance.
