- Graduate Diploma III (D-III) or Bachelor (S1) with minimum GPA 2.50 (scale 4.00)
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Has a height and weight proportionate
- Friendly and able to communicate well
- Never engage drug and other illegal
- Liking the work related to banking services

- Not married and willing to not get married during the education
